The last thing you want to be doing when you are preparing for an important presentation is wasting precious minutes by fiddling with the projector, trying to get it to focus properly and show your images at the right size, and also you don’t want an old, bulky piece of equipment to carry around that is going to weigh you down as you travel to the venue.  The new 3M MPRO150 is a great piece of kit which can make the whole experience of giving presentations much more streamline and hassle free, and is a compact, robust device that will be easy to transport and set up.

The 3M MPRO150 comes with a user manual but it is so simple to use that even technophobes should be able to set up the projector and start using it straight away without too much hassle, as by using the USB cable you can open up the device just like a USB drive and then simply attach to your laptop/computer and drag and drop files across.  You can also load up your presentation on a memory device and then use this to transfer across to the MPRO150 (built in memory capacity of 1Gb), and all of this will just take a few seconds and then you can just point the projector at the screen and get started.

The MPRO150 will accept most file formats and comes with its own tripod stand and the picture quality is very good, even without a special screen and lighting, and this makes the projector an excellent choice for both professional presentations and ad-hoc set ups where you may not have very good facilities in place.  An additional bonus is that alongside PDF, JPEG, Microsoft Office and other files you can also play back AVI files seamlessly without any image delays, and the MP3 player option also means that you can plug in speakers and play music alongside your presentation if you want to.
